Kiki Roeder   Kiki has built and exited two companies, including an edtech startup that served some of the nation's largest universities, museums, non-profits, and municipalities.  She specializes in adult learning, product development, audience engagement, and strategic storytelling. She has a Master of Science in Educational Technology, with a graduate minor in Computer Science.  Passionate about helping entrepreneurs and businesses reach their full potential, Kiki advises startups, Fortune 500s, and thought leaders across four continents. She is currently the co-founder of  Startup Sisters USA , as well as a regional leader with Grow with Google, Techstars Startup Week, and Women Who Code.

Ricardo Daza, Ph.D   Leveraging 27 years of solving information technology problems, Ric applies his technology and information assurance expertise to organizations across the globe.  Ric is well-educated in his profession. He holds a double CCIE (R&S, Security), CISSP, CRISC, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, PMP, and RHCE. He also has a Doctorate (PhD) in Information Assurance.  Fluent in English and Spanish, Ric has taught in and consulted to organizations across the Americas. He is currently the Cybersecurity Mentor with the Tampa Bay Wave Accelerator, a Committee Member with West Florida ISACA, the Cybersecurity Track Leader for Techstars Startup Week, and a recipient of two NSA Fellowships.
